Our sessions are capped at 10 people per session, providing a significantly more personalised session, to support you with your individual goals, whilst still working within the team.

After a thorough warm up, we lift heavy for approximately 30 minutes. This purposefully reduces muscle imbalances, improves active tissue mass and increases the success of healthy weigh management.

After weights we move in to Conditioning which can be 7-15 minutes of High Intensity Interval Training, Metcon, or a Bootcamp style circuit. This portion of the session is specifically focused on cardiovascular health, feel good endorphins, and mental development. 

Finally finishing off with mobility to undo the tension of the days session, plus work towards your particular goals and imbalances.

Every session focuses on Postural Correction, Rehabilitation and Weight Management.

Specifically designed for people 2/10 – 7/10 fitness, our proven systems burns through the unwanted fat, builds strong purposeful muscle and redefines movement for the average body.

For reference:
Someone who is 1-2/10 is a person who has never lifted before and needs more personalised care and education to maintain safety and momentum.

Someone who is 8-10/10 fitness is a season gym junky whom we refer to 1 on 1 coaching for optimal and specific results focused training.

Our Structure

Our program undulates through effective periodisation for 13 weeks, which as a phase, is repeated 4 times per year for maximum results and testing opportunities.

This way our program never gets boring, is appropriately challenging for the above fitness levels and allows 8 optimal opportunities for a beginner to start per annum.

Highly recommend! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and flexible to tailor your experience to your exact needs. The gym has an awesome setup and provides a real community vibe without being overly crowded. Did a one on one session with Daniel and he really focused on teaching form and getting the most out of me while respecting my limitations. Looking forward to the next session!

My husband and I walked into Invictus 5 just over 12 months ago and gave Daniel a short & sharp request, 'We are middle-aged and very un-fit, don't kill us". We just wanted to stop feeling like our bodies were falling apart, 1 year on and we are both stronger than we have ever been in our lives, Daniel and team have surpassed all of our expectations with their care, extraordinary knowledge, intuition and motivation. Our teenagers are also attending the afternoon 'boys to men' sessions and are learning to lift in a safe and friendly environment. Cannot speak highly enough of Daniel and Invictus 5, friendly, helpful and relaxed environment. Love you guys.

I have signed up to a lot of gyms...never lasted more then 2 weeks..but Invictus 5 is different! From the moment I entered the gym I felt like family. It’s not the gym where you go to take selfie’s and look the best...it’s the opposite!! It’s the gym you go to where everyone wants to help because they want you to succeed. Where everyone encourages each other and where everyone has fun!! 6 weeks ago I lived on V energy drinks (2 to 3 cans minimum a day) I was exhausted and depressed... I have had no energy drinks in 6 weeks...I have started toning...I am working out and I am starting to build confidence again. The trainers are amazing. Poppy is phenomenal and her classes are fun and will push you to achieve your best. Thank you Invictus 5 for helping me begin the process of being a better me x

Run by well trained staff who know their stuff. Gym has everything you need especially if you’re after strengthening. Have had injuries in the past and currently getting treated by a mobility specialist Luke. Can’t recommend Poppy enough! She is my PT and have seen drastic change in my weight, strength and overall fitness. It’s a one stop shop whilst getting you needs tailored.

Yes, You sure can. In fact, supporting your journey is what we thrive on. If we can make your journey to being your best faster, easier with less injuries, less frustration and more momentum, we would be delighted to organise sessions with you. Our 24/7 Gym Membership is capped at 300 members. (We could easily fit 1500)

We have done this for 3 reasons:

1.  We like a smaller, home style gym, where you know everyone. This helps stop people from getting ‘lost as a number’ in the system. We are all more likely to achieve great results.

2. The Gym is never too full. The ‘Busy’ for us, is 20-30 people at any one time, and most workouts.  It may be just yourself, or 3 other people (So you need to be safe and sensible).

3. We expect a high calibre of person. The kind of person who leaves ego at the door, puts their weights away, changes the old toilet paper roll, someone who is happy to work in, and/ or spot you.

These 3 rules create both a safer environment, but also a more welcoming environment as people pursue their best health. #300strong

At INVICTUS 5 24 Hour Gym, we have 3 choices for your membership:

1. Basic Entry

No contracts, just 30 days notice to terminate. 

This gives you 24 hour access to our awesome gym in Coorparoo. You promise to respect the equipment & facility, we promise to keep 24/7 memberships at 300 or less. #300strong

2. Platinum Membership

13 week minimum agreement, then month to month after, with 30 days notice to terminate. Although we have created it as a 12 month Program, if not a life long support service. 

This was designed to meet those halfway between a D.I.Y (basic membership) and those needing 1 on 1 Coaching. 

3. Group Fitness

Complimentary 24/7 Gym Access
No contracts, just 30 days notice to terminate. 

Our Group Fitness is like no other. Its actually more like a 1 on 1 Personal Training session, but with 12 people (class size is capped) to keep it fun and challenging. 

We lift heavy for 30 minutes, we move fast for 10-15, then roll out and stretch for 5. 

We work hard and have fun. Our clients love it and get amazing results. 

The Gym is staffed from 6am to 9am and 430pm – 630pm Monday to Thursday. (No, don’t come in at 630pm. We leave on time) 

We are in and out of the gym all day to see clients and run classes. To give you our full attention and help you create the best package for your goals and needs, please book a tour *here* so we can give you the time you and your body deserve!

I’ll be the first to admit, the members on the floor, and our clients are our first priority. We aren’t a call centre with 100’s of people standing by for your call or email. We are a gym and group of Personal Trainers passionate about facilitating change. It can take us up to 7 business days to reply, as we don’t do emails every day.

I am a passionate Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Personal Trainer who helps women become healthier and stronger. Beginning my health journey in the nursing industry, I quickly grew frustrated with the band- aid approach and lack of hope for healing I encountered daily. From here, along with many years of my own mental and physical health battles and injuries, I became zealous to pursue a holistic approach to health and a functional approach to fitness.

Integrative Nutrition Health Coach

Holistic means to recognise that we are whole beings, and that when one part is out of balance, the rest can quickly follow the disorder. Your spirit, mind and body all require nourishment along with every part that makes up your whole life (your relationships, career, exercise ect…). My approach to nutrition to collaborate with you and not only look at what is on your plate, but also at what is happening off of your plate that effects what you choose to put on your plate and your health overall. I am most passionate about gut health and how this impacts overall health and wellbeing.

Personal Training

Functional means to be practical and useful. I love using exercises and

movements that will help you in your daily life and a big focus of my coaching overall is longevity. I want my clients to be aware of the value of their life and movement, not only for themselves but for their family and friends too. I have a passion for helping others build strength, power, balance, stability, quality muscle and quality of life. I love how in the process of building strength ones mindset builds up and strengthens as well.
