Coach Mel

I am a passionate Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Personal Trainer who helps women become healthier and stronger. Beginning my health journey in the nursing industry, I quickly grew frustrated with the band- aid approach and lack of hope for healing I encountered daily. From here, along with many years of my own mental and physical health battles and injuries, I became zealous to pursue a holistic approach to health and a functional approach to fitness.

Integrative Nutrition Health Coach

Holistic means to recognise that we are whole beings, and that when one part is out of balance, the rest can quickly follow the disorder. Your spirit, mind and body all require nourishment along with every part that makes up your whole life (your relationships, career, exercise ect…). My approach to nutrition to collaborate with you and not only look at what is on your plate, but also at what is happening off of your plate that effects what you choose to put on your plate and your health overall. I am most passionate about gut health and how this impacts overall health and wellbeing.

Personal Training

Functional means to be practical and useful. I love using exercises and

movements that will help you in your daily life and a big focus of my coaching overall is longevity. I want my clients to be aware of the value of their life and movement, not only for themselves but for their family and friends too. I have a passion for helping others build strength, power, balance, stability, quality muscle and quality of life. I love how in the process of building strength ones mindset builds up and strengthens as well.

I won’t just be your coach, I will be your friend, counsellor, encourager, teacher and cheerleader too.

Matthew is a Rehab trainer, Exercise Professional & Remedial Therapist. He brings nearly 15 years of experience in the industry and a passion for health optimisation and performance.

With a broad range and depth of practice, incorporating Manual Therapy, Functional Training, Strength & Conditioning and anything relating to health he has worked with a range of people to help them realise their potential.
